Yoga for every season of life. A welcoming community where mind, body and spirit come together.
Bayside Yoga is a limb of Just Coast Wellness, LLC, Bayside Yoga was created from a passion for bringing together yoga, mental health, mindful movement, and genuine human connection.
We believe yoga has something to offer in every season of life. You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or fit a certain image to belong here. Our goal is to create an approachable and welcoming space where you can move, breathe, slow down, build strength, find stillness, and reconnect with yourself.
Mental health matters here. We recognize the powerful relationship between mind and body and believe wellness is about caring for the whole person.
We’re also passionate about creating a community where teachers can continue to learn, grow, and share what they love. Bayside Yoga isn’t about one teacher or one way of practicing. We’re building a collective of passionate instructors, each bringing their own gifts, personalities, experiences, and teaching styles to the mat.
Whether you come for movement, stillness, stress relief, strength, connection—or simply because you’re curious—there is a place for you at Bayside Yoga.

Annalesa Palmer is a Fort Walton Beach local born and raised. She has been practicing yoga since 2019 and has been certified since 2024 after an instructor said during a class that yogi’s only get certified so they can practice more. She loves exploring the mechanics of the body and teaching a practice that exposes muscle imbalances and aims to help bring that balance back to the body.
My yoga journey began at home over 20 years ago as a simple fitness routine, but over time it became something much deeper—a way to slow down, reconnect, and feel more grounded in mind and body. Yoga has also played a vital role in healing and recovery which led me to completing my 200 hour YTT.
As an instructor, slow, intentional practices that create space to breathe, release, and simply be. I believe yoga should feel accessible, never intimidating, and I strive to create a welcoming space where everyone can meet themselves exactly where they are.
It’s a privilege to be part of my students’ journeys and to help them leave the mat feeling a little more grounded, connected, and restored.
Founder of Bayside Yoga, a division of Just Coast Wellness, LLC, Debi brings a lifelong love of movement, wellness, and whole-person health to the Bayside community.
Her yoga journey began nearly 40 years ago, when her mom invited her to a class in Wilmington, North Carolina. Already immersed in fitness as a personal trainer and aerobics instructor, Debi quickly discovered that yoga offered something different—something that supported not only the body, but the mind and spirit as well.
Through many seasons of life—raising two children, teaching, traveling and living around the world as a military spouse, divorce, remarriage, and personal and professional growth—yoga has remained a steady thread, even as her practice itself moved through seasons.
In 2020, Debi completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Sunshine Yoga in Destin, Florida. She initially pursued certification for her own healing and curiosity, with no intention of becoming a yoga teacher. Instead, the experience deepened her connection to the practice and created an unexpected calling to share it with others.
Today, Debi’s passions for yoga, mental health, and wellness naturally come together. As a psychotherapist, she is inspired by yogic philosophy and its connection to emotional well-being and whole-person care.
She especially loves teaching Yin, Gentle, Somatic Release, and Restorative Yoga, creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and simply be.
Through Bayside Yoga, Debi hopes to build something bigger than a place to practice—a welcoming community of teachers and students who learn, grow, connect, and support one another through every season of life.
